kittenpooh
Ok, I know somewhere there is a post about this and im sure im going to get that.... didnt you read this.... or look at this. Yes I have read alot and looked at pages. I have a question, so here I go. I am going to Ki this Saturday. Gonna have a group with me. It's me, my mom, ry, and my 4 kids. Ok for the question. Me and ry have season passes. I know I have to buy adult passes for my mom and my 11 year old son. The issue is with my girls. Mindy is 5 and is 44 inches tall. Emma is 3 and is 38 inches tall. Kelsey is just barely 2 and is only 32 inches tall. I figured Kelsey would get in free and I would have to buy JR tickets for mindy and emma. Im trying to buy these all online as I will surprise my son on friday with the tickets. This is a birthday present for him, his bday was today. So, do I have to buy a ticket for all the girls or what? Im confused!
markr
Go to www.visitkingsisland.com and you will find the price plans for tickets and season passes. If your mother and the children are going to the park 3 times or more, you might consider buying them a season pass-there is a discount for children under 48 inches and for senior citizens, cost 74.99 per pass. Otherwise the price for children under 48 inches and for senior citizens for a one day admission is 29.99.
kittenpooh
aaahhhh.... that still confuses me to the max! I have been to Ki website. I get a discount working for University of KY. Woo hoo tickets half off!
The Interpreter
And children under age 3 do not need a ticket. Regardless of age, anyone 48 inches tall and more must buy an adult ticket (unless, I suppose, they are less than three years old!) People 62 years of age and over get in for the same price as children under 48 inches tall: http://www.visitkingsisland.com/shop/shopp...l_admission.cfm So you figured right, you need tickets for everyone but Kelsey, and the two other girls do get junior admission until they get four feet tall! XGatorHead 8904
Exactly what Terpy said, but broken down by person: Kitten - season pass Ry - season pass Mom - adult ticket (unless she's 62 or older, then she can get a Sr. ticket) Son - adult ticket Mindy - Jr ticket Emma - Jr ticket Kelsey - FREE!
