KI Kevin
so much potentail and not enough usage Using all of the land would create such a large park it would take a week to ride everything.
rotag
which with the passes would create a new experiance on every trip.
skaterboy22101
The thing about Kings Island is that they boxed themselves in. They can expand, but it would be tough.
KI Kevin
agreed. if they used that land in behind Son of Beast, that would be an extremely long walk
rotag
what about an extension going from Firehawk all the way around to the pathway inbetween f/x theater and Vortex to add new rides.
Diamondback FOF
They own 775 acres but only use about 364 of that. Actually, Kings Island owns less. That number was before some land was sold for GWL. I'm not sure what the current acreage is.

Jasper
If you go up in The Eiffel Tower you can get a good view of the back of the park where The Beast is and you can see the parameter. If i am not mistaken either when you are riding The Beast and you are getting ready to go up the second lift hill you can actually see the boundary of the park. KingCobra
To access the undeveloped land behind SOB it would be quite hard, as FlightDeck runs against the boundry between the park and Great Wolf. It seems that the only way to get out there would be to cut back by FoF and Firehawk to expand X-Base first.
zas
i always thought KI ran all the way down to the little miami river. look at KI on google earth, they have boxed themselves in.
The Interpreter
Sigh: http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?...t=0&start=0 647.3217 acres. And much of what the park no longer owns was kept by Great American Financial aka Carl Lindner...
