April 30, 200323 yr We had a disagreement in our family. Some say that Kings Island used ride coupons in the past, like when it first opened. Similar to the way Disney World used to be. Can anyone verify if they had different coupons that were for different rides or has it always been a pay one price, ride all day for free. I thought you had to buy coupons and then use those for rides. Am I getting KI mixed up with the way Disney was a good while ago? Thanks in advanvce.
April 30, 200323 yr As far as I know, it's been pay for admission, get every ride for free (excluding the pay for play rides like Slingshot and Skyflyer). Considering the general admission price, this is a smart move. I'm pretty sure that it will stay that way. ~Shadow~
April 30, 200323 yr you might be thinking about coney island becuase last time i was there, they used the ticket system. of course that was 4 years ago so i could be wrong.
April 30, 200323 yr Coney still has the tickets, and not one price. I was there for the last day it was open last year. Unless they changed their policies.
April 30, 200323 yr Coney did in fact have individual tickets for rides last year, or you could pay one price. I have retraining at Coney tomorrow for rides (my second year there), but I`m fairly certain that the park will still have tickets for rides and wristbands for pop.
April 30, 200323 yr PKI never used ride tickets...That was one of the 'cool' things about the park - a one price for everything deal...
