I have been to the Atlantis. The slide is ok. The hotel is what is fascinating. Kings Island slides are much better than the Atlantis.

The College Football HoF was moved to another city. I can not remember where but it is now in South Bend, IN. I think it might have moved there from KI but I am not going to swear on this one. Hard to believe that it moved to South Bend right?!?!?

CP Was affected from what I was told. I am not sure of the exact details though but someone told me they lost power.

Does anyone have any idea what happened to Delirium last night (June 6th) It was right at closing time and we were stuck on there for 30 minutes. We had to keep our heads back and they slowly rotated Delirium. When it started out instead of accelerating to start it just barely moved. Anyone have any details as to what happened last night? Thanks in advance for any info anyone can shed on the details.

According to the Kings Island web site this deal expires at the end of May. http://www.pki.com/perks3.jsp Can anyone find out if the deal will be extended. I am taking a large family and they are bringing their friends this Friday. I know, I know, it will be very crowded but the kids love the thought of being able to get a friend in for free. For those that don't get there very often this is a major deal. I know that Mandarin also has a 4 person meal deal but it is quite a bit more expensive and most of the kids will not eat that type of food. The LaRosa's deal was wonderul. I do wish Kings Island would extend that deal. Anyone have any idea how to find out what is going to be available for this Friday as far as Gold Meal Deals go? Thanks in advance for any information anyone can give on this topic.

It was open today when I rode. This was around 6:00pm. However Tomb Raider and Flight of Fear were closed today. Anyone know why?

Saturday morning the park opens at 9:00 for breakfast with the characters. I am planning on taking my kids that morning. Whoever asked in an earlier post for confirmation they were correct. I think it might have been DragonLord.

20 minutes for Beast and 45 minutes for SOB but 2 hours for FOF? Is that odd to me only? I would have thought SOB and Beast would have been as long of waits as FOF. That has been my observation in the past. As for not wanting to wait in long lines don't go any nice weekend day that is the only time a person can go now. Granted I can not control the weather but the opportunity to attend KI on a Wednesday now is not an option. I was just curious how the music festivals would affect the crowd.

Loveland HS for the music festival) and a few of the details on the events. Has anyone been there on these days in past years. I am hesitant about this Saturday now. Those two events alone will bring in well over 10,000 not counting chaperoes, parents, friends, etc.

When I look at Kings Islands home page they make mention of Music in the Parks and Music Showcase happening on May 17th. Does anyone have any details on what these might be? Where they are located? Are they free to attend? And how will these events affect attendance. I was planning on attending Kings Island this Saturday so I was just curious if Saturday would be an extremely busy day due to these events and this being the last weekend to purchase a Gold Season Pass. Thanks in advance for anyone who can shed any light on these events.

Just curious as to anyone who was at KI today as to how busy today was. With it being Bring-A-Friend-Free day I was just curious. I wasn't sure with it being mother's day if that would keep the crowd down.

I want to take the other side of the coin a little bit. I will agree that the park is EXTREMELY crowded on these days. However it does provide on nice benefit. It allows my kids to bring friends for free those days. Friends that would not otherwise be able to attend KI. My kids look forward to the days. The only thing I did not care for, besides the crowds that is, is the fact that KI scheduled three Brind A Friend Free days this year. Two of those three days came on holidays that I am not about to go to KI (Good Friday, and Mother's Day). I don't think it will be as crowded as people fear this Sunday. How many people will not be there because they are spending the day with mom? I thanks KI for having this benefit. My kids look enjoy being able to pick one person they can bring for that day. OK, now go ahead and tell me I am wrong for these feelings. I have my flame resistant suit on to prevent burns.

My wife was at the park the day they filmed the Brady Bunch Episode. Now I am really dating myself. She said it was amazing seeing it all. She saw Greg throw the footballs in Coney Mall.
