Ok so my mom is terrified by interstates so I was wondering if there was a back road or an alternative way to Kings Island if it helps any I live in Augusta Kentucky.

the only thing i can think of is to check out mapquest.com and chose the avoid inerstate selection.

is? Because I looked up directions on MapQuest and that is where they start you (I searched for August, Kentucky with zipcode 40002 [or something like that]). If you know where that is, try this link. You will havew to take state routes, though. I don't think there are "back roads" that cross the river.

You could try taking the auto ferry from Augusta over to Brown County, or take KY 8 up and hit US 68 at the Harsha Bridge connecting Maysville to Aberdeen a few miles downstream.

At some point, the Fair board of directors may direct the wizard to leave...and it's Kansas that IS leaving the fair...the place is for sale! Even if is named Worlds of FUN...heck, even ValleyFAIR is for sale....Great America already...
