Whales_Rock Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 WITH The Beast I went on it the first time and hated it, went on two other times and loved it. And now that I know more about its history and stuff, I can't get my mind off it XD Anyone else share my now obsessive love for The Beast or any other Roller Coaster (I also have a crush on FOF ) Quote
CoasterFreak45 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 I agree. Now you have to ride it in the pitch black, then it's true love. Quote
Whales_Rock Posted July 9, 2009 Author Posted July 9, 2009 Next time I go... Hopefully! My parents wouldn't let me stay that long probly, but I wish! Quote
Colonel_SoB_fan Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 I guess you could say I love The Beast Son Quote
Whales_Rock Posted July 9, 2009 Author Posted July 9, 2009 ^ I never got to ride SOB. But honestly I don't think I would have it was still open XD I'd be too frightened of getting whiplashed Quote
HTCO Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Diamondback at night Oh, and this amazing girl I met. 6 months. Quote
Fear the Four Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Next time I go... Hopefully! My parents wouldn't let me stay that long probly, but I wish! Try to talk your parents into staying late because a night ride on The Beast is amazing. Quote
Colonel_SoB_fan Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Wow Angie showed a pic of Voyage and not Millie Quote
CoasterFreak45 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 ^ Wow! I need to go ride that! That first hill looks amazing. Quote

gigacoaster2k Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Voyage, Millennium Force, and Diamondback. Head over heels in love with all three. Quote
Avatar Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 If you listen closely you can almost hear singing in The Beast woods, I think it goes something like this “I often stop and wonder why I appeal to men, how many times I blonder, In love and out again, they offer me devotion I like it I confess, when I reflect emotion there's no need to guess”. Whales_Rock I know what you mean Falling in love again, I can't help it, either but it must be the way The Beast was made. Just be careful and don't be like a Moth around a flame. Quote
The Beast Rider Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 ^ Agreed!! ^ Wow! I need to go ride that! That first hill looks amazing. CoasterFreak45, not only is the first hill amazing, the second is even better. The third is not bad either, then it gets crazy. If you like The Beast, you'll LOVE The Voyage! Quote
KIfan1980 Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 I've loved The Beast for a really long time ... but lately I've found myself "cheating" with something younger, taller, and more graceful. Fortunately they live pretty close to each other so I can visit them both often. Quote
LongliveKingsCobra Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 saddly I can not just up and go to Holiday World.... : ( Quote
Colonel_SoB_fan Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 You may not want to anger The Beast by "cheating" on him. I hear rumors that he would WIN in a fight with Chuck Norris Quote
goofywdw Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 Sorry, my heart belongs to Flight Deck. Added 9 more rides to my count tonight! Quote
Dvo Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 Millennium Force for the win (unlike other millie fans...)! Quote
BavarianBeatle Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 I fell in love with The Beast years ago. And with The Voyage and The Raven last year.... And I adore Magnum and MF and Maverick and TTD at CP! You can be in love with more than one coaster at the same time!!! They're not like women..... LOL!!! Quote
Diamondback96 Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 ^ There's definately more than six flags on that hill... Quote
HTCO Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 ^ There's definately more than six flags on that hill... Your right.. there is 18. Six Flags wishes they had more, but sadly bankruptcy is getting the worst of them. Quote
Tom76257 Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 Maverick then Diamondback for me. The Beast is still my favorite wooden coaster, though. That is when the trims are off! I also like Son of Beast and Red Racer when it comes to wooden coasters. Quote
gigacoaster2k Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 There's definately more than six flags on that hill... There certainly are. You should take a voyage to this legendary park, I guarantee you will be raven about it when you come back.. hehehe Quote
HTCO Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 Ever since Diamondback, I am beginning to appreciate 'air time' a lot more! You know your a roller coaster enthusiast when you tell your mom to punch it over sharp hills on the road... Quote
Whales_Rock Posted July 10, 2009 Author Posted July 10, 2009 Wow. I wish I could go to places like Cedar Point and six flags but never in my young life will I go.not until I'm able to drive. Quote
Whales_Rock Posted July 10, 2009 Author Posted July 10, 2009 Oh yeah, Avatar that's scary. That makes me not want to ride it at night! Well The Beast IS haunted.. Another reason I'm not so hot about riding it at night. Ice heard too many creepy stories about it but I still love it! Quote
