Mr. Fusion
Cedar Point has "Jammin' DJs" that play music at Raptor, Magnum and Millenium Force queue lines. What if PKI got line DJs? DegenRider
I talk to people while I am in line.
Tanner
What if PKI got DJ's? Sorry, but I think it'd get annoying.
Xx2cansamxX
I wish they would.
Beastfreak
I think its pretty cool, as long as the music chosen is good and agreeable by all. However, KI's lines are rarely as long as CP lines so you would hear a few then you're done.
Xx2cansamxX
Yeah. The only rides that have long lines are Flight of Fear and Face Off. And Flight of Fear already has a movie playing.
slingshooter0607
If they would get a new music line-up for the QTVs I'd be happy..Gosh in line for The Beast you would hear Michelle Branch and Santana 3 times...I had that one song .some thing bout dumb girls in my head for ever cause every line I got in I heard it.But it is true..some people get offended by the littlest remark in music now-a-days.Either sex or drugs or killing somebody..People will find something about it (Which is mostly not even intended) and nag ..I would like the Djs..But I dont think it would happen. Xx2cansamxX
Drop Zone doesnt stop playing "Big Yellow Taxi" by Counting Crows and Vanessa Carlton.
garagebandpunk13
i hate how easily people are offended by music... it's a form of expression and if they dont like it then it's their problem
Xx2cansamxX
I think if a song is clean and doesnt need any "bleeping" than it should be fine to play. As long as the content is necesary. When I was at the Ohio State Fair on a ride called The Fireball, the man was playing 50 Cent, "I Smell *****." There were many kids walking around with their parents. The song wasn't edited or anything. THAT is inappropriate, but playing a clean rap song or heavy metal is ok. As long as its not Metallica. garagebandpunk13
yeah that isnt good but i mean some people just get so easily offended... like my grandparents if they hear a cuss word in a movie they just leave... alotta parents are like that and i think that's just stupid... garagebandpunk13
then again that's the state fair what do you expect?
Xx2cansamxX
None of the rides there make you feal safe. They don't even check your restraints to make sure they are snug. And on a spinning mouse ride, they encourage you not to put your seatbelt on.
garagebandpunk13
cool! but very very dangerous... then again carnivals dont have as much to lose as big amusement parks such at king's island, Cedar Point, six flags, etc.
Xx2cansamxX
On the tickets and wristbands you buy, they say that they are not responsible for any accidents or anything. So you can't sew them if you are injured or if a family member dies.

BoddaH1994
Do the QTV screens play different things at the same time? I mean, it can't be the same throughout the park. It seems like I ALWAYS hear the promo for Greese while in line (well, walking to) Top Gun and while in line for The Vortex.
Magic41445
I actually think that Ohio is one of the only states to require that all rides be inspected on a regualr basis, including carnival rides. I think that California is the only other state to have such a law.
Dane
When I was at the Ohio State Fair on a ride called The Fireball, the man was playing 50 Cent, "I Smell P****." They don't care what you think about the music. They play it for there entertaiment. I have found out over the years the traveling admusment park company's don't really care about the guest. Because all they will do is pack up and leave.
Xx2cansamxX
Yeah, but there were still alot of kids around. I don't think the song was appropriate, that's all.
DragonLord
QTV plays the same thing over and over again, but in the same area of the park. I don't think I have seen the preview for "Timeline" anywhere else but Rivertown. I also think they need to change the background music. It's the same everyday! They need a ton of variety in the QTV and in the music. Something new needs added sometime during the summer. Paramount releases a few movies every year, and we can preview most of them, if not all. It's been said before, but the park is owned by Viacom, so why can't they get some decent music videos in the park? They could also do delayed shots from earlier that day, you might be seen on the QTV! It would make people pay attention to them for messages and would probably help out on behavior if they knew there was a chance that they would be seen on the QTV. theultimatefan
When i was at Cedar Point, my freinds and i were all annoyed by the music. Mainly because you couldnt talk to people in the line and they were blasting the music. I prefer watching QTV and find it more enjoyable then listening to music in line. QTV is also quiet enough for people to talk.
BoddaH1994
<<They could also do delayed shots from earlier that day, you might be seen on the QTV!>> Now that is a pretty good idea. Call it QTV Vision. Edited January 1, 1970 by BoddaH1994
nightrider19
Drop Zone doesnt stop playing "Big Yellow Taxi" by Counting Crows and Vanessa Carlton. Doesn't the same thing play on all the tv's (or whatever u guys call them). I do sometimes tend to hear and see the same segments in the same lines but i think thats just a coincidence, outside of FoF, do they all play the same stuff?
nightrider19
I also wanted to say, but forgot while typing, wouldn't it be cool if they played entire movies on the"Qtv's" PPL get involved in the story line and it passes time really well, I mean it's not like Paramount doesn't already have the rights to the movies. also, how long has Jason Mraz been playing on the QTVs i never saw that on there before sunday
Tanner
Well there wouldn't really be a point to playing full length movies unless it was a Bring A Friend Free Day!
DragonLord
They do play "Forest Gump" at Bubba Gumps. I'm pretty sure it's the entire movie as well... not on all the screens though, just two or three.
missdi
The Forest Gump movie, I believe is played from beginning to end, over and over, and over, and over.....
