I for one think it is a very obvious, yet very funny mistake. Read the "Functioning Extremity" section on the right side of page 6. Here see for yourself: http://www.pki.com/images/attractions/09ki_ridersafety.pdf I can see it now: "Wait a second, did I go to the wrong park!?!" Ha Ha Functioning Extremity: A functioning extremity is a limb over which a person has control. A prosthetic device is considered a functioning extremity.
