Firehawk07 Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Has anyone seen the mistake on the rider safety guide. They probably just used the main template. I for one think it is a very obvious, yet very funny mistake. Read the "Functioning Extremity" section on the right side of page 6. Here see for yourself: http://www.pki.com/images/attractions/09ki_ridersafety.pdf I can see it now: "Wait a second, did I go to the wrong park!?!" Ha Ha Functioning Extremity: A functioning extremity is a limb over which a person has control. A prosthetic device is considered a functioning extremity. Maverick, maXair, Skyhawk, Skyscraper, Top Thrill Dragster have additional requirements regarding prosthetic devices. Quote
flightoffear1996 Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Im surprized that got threw with all the people they have reading those. Quote
CedarPointer Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 How did they not catch that? I guess they just copy/pasted, but still... I guess working toward safety and clean parks (unlike certain SF parks) is more important than proofreading, though! Quote
Diamondback FOF Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Nope. It is still wrong. I doubt it'll be fixed on the website. Quote
Diamondback96 Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 I was looking for it on Page 6, not 7. Quote
