Parents need to learn how to control their childern more and actually tell them "no". It would be something nice for Coney Mall (at least something new till 05). Beastfreak Posted August 27, 2003 Share Posted August 27, 2003 Well there used to be one in front of Oktoberfest Gardens (now bubba gumps) and one in front of festhaus. The festhaus one is still there now with plants in it, and the one in front of bubba gumps was the same way with the plants last year. It was just a fountain....no one was intended to touch or walk through the water. It just happened not to have any kind of fencing around it. It was pretty small. It was 5 jets from the ground that had a slope to bring the water to the middle again. It had a fence around it. The other one was infront of the restroom infront of Bubba Gumps.
