Thrill Rides

Featured Replies

As the topic states this is an unofficial poll.

Why is Adventure Express and Back Lot Stunt Coaster listed in the "Family Rides", and under Thrill Rides you find Thunder Alley ?

haha thats a great questionn. well i understand why the two coastersare uder family rides cuz there not extrermly thrillig but idk thunder alleyy. come on. i never see any one on those things anyway. tongue.gif

I think that's one of the few major flaws of the new site - the old one had Adventure Express and Backlot Stunt Coaster listed under both thrill rides and family rides - fitting, because both rides are thrill rides and family rides. We usually complain about things that, to be honest, no member of the general public would notice or care about.

This, however, is certainly something that will impact those who visit the park's website - teenagers planning road trips, etc. will probably look only at the "thrill rides" page, and as it is, it looks like we have two less coasters than we actually do. Both Adventure Express and Backlot Stunt Coaster are very thrilling and great attractions. They shouldn't be left out of the "thrill rides" section just because they can be enjoyed by families.

Or we should have "Roller Coasters" as a separate category from Thrill Rides and Family Rides, like CP.

Yes, I didn't understand that they wouldn't put a roller coasters category. But, if they had separate categories, there would be barely any rides in the Thrill Rides section.

Maybe we should just put all the "5" thrill rating rides into the Thrill Rides section. Oh, wait, that's nearly everything.

Or, do sections for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. But you are right that it's basically everyhing.....:)

Might be a smarter idea to place all roller coasters under the thrill ride category. Lets not forget pointless lawsuits like the woman who wanted to sue Starburst because the package says chewy and she thought they were too hard. Imagine that woman on a family ride that turns out to be thrilling.
