Are these the Morgan trains you are referring to? Those things are horrendous, I'd rather have the modified PTCs. Of course, my dream would be the original Trains back on the Blue Streak and The Racer.

I'd have to agree here. I think the Morgan trains are the second worst rolling stock in the business. (Gerstlauer being the worst) I rode the Texas Cyclone a number of times with the Morgan coffin trains. Easily one of the most uncomfortable wooden coaster experiences I ever had. (Worst experience being The Boss in it's inaugural year.) I have also ridden the Santa Cruz Boardwalk Dipper, which uses the Morgan trains. That was enjoyable, but still not a train I'd suggest over a PTC.

Here's a pic of the old Texas Cyclone stock (now defunct)

There is a reason old Terp is sometimes known as a contrarian. Were it not for Morgan trains, there'd likely be no Giant Dippers in California...or Jack Rabbit in New York...

And I think those trains ride much more comfortably than the other product produced by the company that now has the rights to them...even if they ain't sold a single one, to my knowledge, since acquiring those rights....
