PA Man, 78, Rides Jack Rabbit 90 Times In 1 Day

Featured Replies

...Vic Kleman (KLEE'-man) spent about five hours on the Jack Rabbit roller coaster at Kennywood Park in West Mifflin.

The wooden coaster is no spring chicken, either.

It's celebrating its 90th anniversary -- the number that prompted Kleman's marathon riding session on Sunday....

Good for him!

I can only imagine how many members of this site, who are in their youth, would ride it once then cry and whine because it's "too rough"......

Never been to Kennywood, but if Jack Rabbit is anything like Big Dipper at Geauga Lake was, then riding it 90 times sounds like a fun day!

Aha, but I love Wooden coasters that are rough beyond belief! That's why I'm so fond of Mean Streak.

It is not, Jack Rabbit is all about the double dip element giving insane amount of airtime. Also, Jack Rabbit does not have a moveable lap bar, talk about an intresting experience.
