Looking at the POV it looks like there are brake fins on the launch track...I still highly doubt the ride did not have anti-rollbacks.

I guess I'm not sure why a ride that, when operating normally, "reaches a height of 44 feet and a speed of 38 miles per hour" would need support for shoulders and neck.
