Cedar Fair's former No. 2 executive has won an arbitrator's ruling against his former employer and wants his job back.

An arbitration panel ruled 2-1 in late February that former chief operating officer Jack Falfas told the truth when he said he was fired. Cedar Fair had said Falfas quit.

The panel awarded Falfas back pay and told Cedar Fair to give him his job back.

Falfas and Cedar Fair have now filed dueling lawsuits in Erie County's Common Pleas court. Falfas is attempting to enforce the ruling. Cedar Fair concedes that it lost, but says Falfas is not entitled to get his job back.
