Sure, the game was a bit corny, but I didnt see who it was hurting? You guys who run the boards come off as a bunch of "power hungry gods"! Even to this day, I still cant believe how you let a "where in the park would you have sex" topic be ALLOWED on this "family website" and LOCK a topic only after 4 posts which had names of items found at the park mixed up for others to figure out. Does that make since to ANY of you? I always had this thought of this poor kid showing his father this website for the first time and when he hit the front page, he found a topic about having sex in the park? I mean PLEASE people!!

Besides, I really don't see how a word scramble game PROMOTES conversation towards PKI. On top of that, nobody forced you to click the link to the sex thread. Again, don't like it? Don't read it! Couldn't this same argument be used for the "game" thread? I hate picking sides on internet fights but this does seem sort of childish. Closing a thread after four posts was pretty weak since no one really complained about it. I'm not saying that the "sex" thread should have been closed but I see bw's point.

As for this not being a "family site" I definitely remember seeing it somewhere that swearing was not allowed and that we were trying to appeal to anyone who would visit the park. Last time I checked PKI was definitely family oriented and therefore this site should keep that in mind if it wants to be a premiere fan-site.

Again, just my two cents. I don't think it's fair to claim to be a family site at some points and not at others. The "game" thread was definitely family oriented and not meant to be a flame or anything of the sort.

That's about all I am going to say, I'll probably get yelled at for it as it is.
