Hello all,

I am a long time lurker and former KI associate currently residing in Virginia. Because of my location I have not been able to attend the Haunt at KI since the 2008 season, so I am a bit out of the loop on changes that have taken place. Could someone give me the highlights of changes in the attractions in 2009 and 2010. Such as: new haunts, haunts that were removed, moved to new locations, etc.

I hope this question is not too similar to other Haunt discussions, and if it is please feel free to lock the topic.

2009 Addition: Slaughter House

Removed: Work Site

Also in 2009 Red beards got moved from its location in River Town to Oktoberfest renamed as Cut Throat Cove

2010 Addition: Wolf Pack

Removed: None.

Since 2008 we have seen, Slaughter Haus, Wolf Pack, (2011) Mysteria, Holiday horror, nightmare alley, Fear Zone, and the removal of Trail of Terror, Work site, cemetery drive, death row, and Urgant Scare I believe in 2008!

2009- Slaughter Haus (Possibly Urgent Scare but my gut says 2008), and Hot Blooded a seductive live show.

2010- Wolf Pack, The Half Pint Brawlers,

2011- Season two of The Half Pint Brawlers, and the third season of Hot Blooded, removal of Trail of terror due to Dinosours Alive but replaced with Holiday horror in a different location, the removal of Death row and replacing it with Mysteria. A new fear zone in Planet Snoopy called Nightmare Ally and Cornstalkers returns to it first, well close, location.

^ Yup, Urgent Scare was new for 2008.

EDIT: On a side note, KIC's 2008 promo still creeps me out a bit. US was just so stinking good, and the video really captured it, in my opinion.

I like the German twist you've given to Slaughter House. Maybe I could request them to change my outfit to some bloody lederhosen!

(And yet that wouldn't be the first time I wore lederhosen in the park. Gator, reflecting on those days long ago working at Bier Garten...)
