The Interpreter
Wow, glad you had fun! Do be careful with sleeping in rest areas. Especially around Atlanta!
oldmanTTD
no problem there, don't plan on going back to 6FGeorgia. Was a very dissappointing park.Other than Goliath, nothing else there,we discussed, was worth going back for. My friend gets free 6F tickets thru the Coke 'rewards' program. Last year we went to 6F N.J. and loved it,so we went back again this year and we'll probably go again next year. This year we thought we'd give 6F Georgia a try. Carowinds was great and we'll do it again in 2012,also Dorney when it's warm. We,typically,do KI a few times a year(only a 4 hour drive). Diamondback,Goliath,Inimidator,& Nitro-great coasters. standbyme
Sounds like a memorable trip...especially the rest stops. So do you also post on a rest stop forum? 6 Rest Stops in 6 Days Friday,Oct.14,drove (with a friend in his car) down to a rest stop outside of Cincinnati, it was a nice rest stop with clean restrooms and plenty of well lit parking. We went to an amusement park the next day. Left the amusement park and drove to a really nice rest stop in Georgia...
