BB1
Did you go? What do you think of it?
ToriH
I went but wasn't that impressed with it ... My wife and I were talking about this yesterday and we think that its because we're adults now and don't enjoy the water stuff as much as we did as kids. If you have children its awesome! BoddaH1994
I'm not much of a water park guy, but I thought it was nice. Not exactly earth-shattering, but it's nice to see that area get some love.
LongLiveTheSmurfRide
I thought it was fun, though I don't usually do water parks (first time there in probably 12 years). Seemed pretty crowded on Sunday (around 1) for just a preview day. Would not like it if it was even more packed.
jdawg1998
I don't know about you guys, but I think so far this year the crowds have been insane. I've been three times, and every time there are hour waits for everything and the third time I went was to Soak City, and it was so crowded like LongLiveTheSmurfRide said. MDMC01
I walked around Soak City today and was very, very impressed by the changes. I liked that the location of Action River's entrance was moved as I felt the old lazy river entrance area seemed sort of congested. I also liked that Thunder Falls' exit area and Zoom Flume's entrance areas are now connected via a path near Action River's zero-depth entrance (you used to have to walk all the way down past Paradise Plunge and Thunder Falls to get to Zoom Flume's entrance). I will say that the new wave pool is a bit smaller than I expected, but everything else is awesome. Although I did not go on any of the waterpark attractions today, I will definitely be back to spend some time in the waterpark this summer.
