jdawg1998
Based on the headline it seems really weird but I can't seem to read the article with the amount of ads that plague the site!
jcgoble3
I didn't have any problems with ads hindering reading.
Cody
I thought there was already topic on this?
jcgoble3
^ I don't see one on the first page of this forum, which goes back to the beginning of July. The date on the article is July 6, so it wouldn't be any older than that.

BB1
I heard this a few weeks back. I can understand upon the circumstances with her not being let in upon her attire, it is Disney's park its private property, you are let in by the Disney company, which they can also kick you out upon any rule breaks. Simple I let you in, I can kick you out situation.

AintNutinElse2Do
So if I go down there dressed as a character I'll get free clothes and FreePass tickets? Sounds like a good deal. She should of gotten nothing it's obvious why the park wouldn't want visitors dressed like their own. I used to have a shirt that had the word SECURITY on the front I had to turn that inside out more than one place I wore it and I understood and would no longer think to wear it outside of home. Maybe if she didn't get rewarded for stupidity she'd learn that you can't go dressed as a goth(emo I don't even know) tinkerbell to Disney World. shark6495
Well I dont think she was dressed as a goth tinkerbell. Thats a huge overstatement. But Even though disney told her to change clothes, they gave her new clothes to change into, and her whole family got freepasses.. Seems like a big blow up over nothing to me... Why in the world did they give her all of that? It should have simply been "go home (or back to your resort) and change", and once she did that and came back, she should simply be treated like any other guest. Rewarding guests for breaking the rules is asinine.

Your right, it isn't actually goth I actually don't know what to call it I added that too. Regardless she wasn't portraying the same wholesome image that Disney has their employees portray. Even if she was neither one of them should've been allowed into any of the Disney parks dressed like that. While I truly believe they likely didn't have any cruel intentions, what would stop someone that did. I mean what if Sandusky had went to Disney World dressed as a character and taken advantage of such a position? It would not only be Sandusky in trouble then but also Disney for allowing someone dressed as one of their characters.

I too agree that I dont think she had any cruel intentions with her costume design, and I will just say that..... but yeah it makes sense why Disney does not allow people to dress like characters...
