Xtended Play was canceled tonight, due to Dj Scribble's plane never being able to leave NYC, due to storms in that area. No word yet whether not they shall reschedule.

Yeah that was too bad.....although there wasn't too many tickets sold anyways. As for a re-scheduled event I would have to say that I doubt it will happen. But there are 2 more nights of Xtended play scheduled, so maybe they can get a tag-team night in and team D.J. Scribble up with 50cents D.J.

Their best bet would probably be to just let the people who had tickets for tonights event into one of the two for free if they present their ticket or whatever they are given.

Well since it was only a $5 cover charge the park has refunded the money to everyone who had come up with a wristband or ticket.

I'm happy that they cancelled that. I ended up getting a ride on Drop Zone while the fireworks were going because of that.

They wont put the dj's together dj skribble is a completly diffrent style of djing/mixing then the other 3 dj's which are more based around hip hop and rap.

Extreamly doubful of a rescheduel of DJ Scribble.

Personally Im glad it was cancelled. If they would play music (listen, playing a beat/rhythem off of a turntable while talking to the beat is not music. It takes no talent to do that) maybe it would be enjoyable.

I personally was disappointed. I was really looking forward to working 5 more hours Friday. I NEED MONEY!

Trust me SOB TOM many teenagers like myself were very disappointed... We as 16 or 17 year olds, maybe younger do not get a chance to go to anything like this because we are not 18. We cannot go to Cocconut Joe's or Annies or Metropolis or Yukatan because we are not 18. Let alone a major DJ that we listen to, like, and admire for some, will be there, and will be playing the music we like, in a concert like atmosphere. Its a chance for us underage people to go have fun, dance, and hey maybe even get lucky and meet a girl ( or guy if your female). Many many people were disappointed.

P.S. DJ Scribble was the best DJ on that list and his goofie butt got stuck in New York, WHAT GIVES?!?!

Hmmm, lets see, there are several places that I know that hold special events for underage kids to go and listen to whatever pleases them. Plus, whatever happened to the great business of illigal IDs? I know it didnt go away.

No, i know it didnt either, i used to have one...lost it but used to have one, but they are so darn expensive!!
