Ok, when you go to post, look in the "Smilies" box. At the bottem of that box is "Show All." Click this and a window pops up with all the smiles that used to be listed on the post page, and some new ones.

I removed some of the smiles from the post page because it made a huge gap between the post and the "Add Reply."
