Guest KingsIslandPR
Tuesday is shaping up to be a typical day at Kings Island, filled with lots of happy children. Park visitors might notice that some of the kids will be in wheelchairs. Some will be hooked up to oxygen, or connected to IVs. But they'll be having fun and enjoying their day at Kings Island, just like everybody else because that day, they are just like everyone else. Kings Island hosts kids with life-threatening illnesses.

shark6495
This is such a great thing the park does. Makes me proud to have KI as a home park. Thanks Don for taking care of others!
medford
cool to see, wish the weather was going to be a little cooler/less humid for them, but I'm sure they'll still have fun. Who's up for a boo blaster's marathon?

Gabe
Great cause! for all those going tomorrow--if a ride op asks you to wait a train (or cycle) or two to accomodate some of these kids, please don't hesitate to say yes!

Don got 13 'likes' on something wonderful, yet he gets 35 'likes' telling you to eat a Snickers. I thank all of you for your 'likes' on this post, really is a wonderful thing Kings Island is doing.
Guest KingsIslandPR
This is the biggest day of the year for these kids and their families. None of them will care the former Crypt building is only used 12 times a year for a Haunt attraction. Because in the overall scheme of things, it's not that important. When you see these kids and their families, it puts a lot of things that people get worked up about into perspective.
