Stitch Posted April 12, 2003 Share Posted April 12, 2003 I just got back from PKI I rode Delirium 3 times today, the only time you feel thr G's is when you are in the lower parts of the swing you REALLY feel em. It spins slow in swing and fast in high swing, great ride horray for HUSS I love how Delirium makes the blood rush into your legs and pulls your stomach down also going over the sign is great because you feel like your going to smack your legs! Delirium Is a short ride but well worth it and it also swings faster than in the video. I really like how when it starts up you hear the air decompress! Beastfreak Posted April 13, 2003 Share Posted April 13, 2003 It spins the same speed no matter where in the swing it is. I rode it today (after a failed attempt friday night due to the massive lines). I took a break around 8:45 right before the park closed to ride it. It was awsome, I don't really know how to describe my feelings for it. I definetly need to ride it a bunch more times tomorrow since I get off early. Beastfreak Posted April 15, 2003 Share Posted April 15, 2003 For those who haven't ridden it yet. The ride is simply breathe taking. You start slow and peaceful then you are violently flying back and forth past those massive supports and over the queue and walkway. When you are at the max of the rotation you feel like you've gone much further. Almost like you have gone vertical or further. This ride is just great. I expect many great rides all summer long.
