Dollywood's new coaster is going to be amazing. I think I am more excited for that than Banshee. Weird, I know.

    Saw FireChaser in person the last day of operation at DW and it looks very impressive for a family coaster. There is twisting track all over the hillside. It reminds me of Stunt Track on some serious steroids.

    I hope to experience 3 of these coasters this year. Banshee, FireChaser and 7 Dwarfs

    I really am considering planning a trip to Dollywood this year. I have not been there since 2010 and know they have had several changes. The new coaster just makes me want to go more now. I have a friends that lives in Pigeon Forge and think they will let us stay with them.

    Staying with friends is a great way to enjoy an out-of-town park. That cut the cost of my Kennywood trip this summer by nearly half of what I had allocated.
