PiperArcher
Hello everyone, New to the area and love coasters so I got a gold pass for KI. I have a question about park drop off. I have a gold pass so I get parking for free but I will almost always be dropped of at the park whenever I go since my family hates coasters. I can get dropped off right at the gate because I have my pass, but when I get picked up, I would have my pass and not my ride to/from the park. How can my ride pick me up from the park without paying for parking just to get into the lot? Thank you everyone! -PiperArcher
The Interpreter
Welcome to KIC! There is a drop off/pick-up area right beside the big Kings Island sign. It's much easier than coming through the tolls. At closing time, the tolls are generally not attended. I'd still use the drop off.
jsus
1) Welcome to KIC! 2) Others may offer more suggestions, but I will say this. There's a drop-off/pick-up lot with its own driveway off of Kings Island Drive. You could get a pick-up there. Only bad thing is that you have to walk all the way across the parking lot to get there. Edit: Terp'ed yet again..
Magenta Lizard
There is a pick up/drop off area that your ride can pull into. It's about halfway between the north and south entrances to the parking lot, and is clearly signed

acfinn
Welcome to KIC! I can't add anything to what others have said other than I feel your pain about family not wanting to ride. My wife doesn't like it either so I end up riding solo more often than not.
