malem
Since a few guests invariably forget to check the park calendar before planning a visit: Just a heads up that Kings Island is closed tomorrow, Sunday, April 23, 2017 for a private event.
Stoan
Last year I made it all the way to the gate before I realized something was up
Voicetek
I knew the park was closed today for a private event, didn't know what event though. I was on Facebook a little bit ago and start seeing pictures of my friend and his family out at KI today and was like, "What in the world?" Turns out it is a private event for Cincinnati Financial and my friend works for them. That explains it. LOL.

King Ding Dong
Here is some bar napkin math. Park gets 20,000 visitors on a typical Sunday? (just a guess). $40 average ticket price (SP holders clearly much less). So $800,000? If the company issues 20,000 $30 all day meal plan vouchers another $600,000. If the company has 20,000 employees + families + clients seems very doable even at double the cost. $200 or so per employee is not much in the scheme of things. A typical 1 day business training class is going to cost that much.
