So my stepmom bought me a gold pass but i dont have a paper she didnt give it to me i had previously had one in the past can i go up there and tell them my name and get one or do i have to have the paper

You can always call the park for the official answer!

I suspect at the very least, you'd need the confirmation number from the order. You can almost certainly get the pass without issue if you have the credit card that purchased the pass with you and take it to the ticket window. There, they can re-print the e-ticket.

The easiest thing to do would be to get the confirmation / e-ticket print off, which is probably sitting in your stepmom's email from when she purchased it!

Also keep in mind it is helpful having the e-ticket to get through the toll booths for free parking.   If you don't have one, just pay and take your receipt to Guest Services and they will refund your toll.

Just to add, online tickets can be re-printed through the online store, which you can find at https://cf-ki.secure.accesso.com/ (Menu->Order Lookup).

If you lost a paper ticket purchased at the front gate, replacing it might not be possible. In that case, you'd want to call the park.
