Land Clearing Beyond The Bat

While I don't think it amounts to anything, there is a huge rectangular plot of recently cleared ground a ways beyond the lift hill of The Bat.  Looking at Warren County, this land still appears to be Kings Island's unless I missed my guess. However, it's location makes no sense to be a new ride as well as the fact that it's a perfect rectangle.  Anyone know more?

Thanks.  I never would have thought about dorms to be honest but its location was also not a place for a ride.
