Potato buns would work but they are different and not sure how well received they would be by the general public. Big fries, little fries everyone likes them different. My boys and I are not big fans of the large fries as we find the more like a baked potato than a fry. But they last longer under a heat lamp as thinner cut fries get hard fast versus a thick fry that just soft and mushy. Neither is ideal but soft fry won’t break your teeth. Quote
