PKI_Man Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 (edited) I completly agree fully, i loved KC and may it rest in Peace Edited January 1, 1970 by PKI_man Quote
fryler87 Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 I wish I could vote for The Bat, but like I said in another post, I was born in '87, so I missed the deadline. King Cobra was a revolutionary coaster - I'm still sad that it's no longer there. Hopefully, PKI will treat us with something else soon, though. Quote
Beastfreak Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 I'm going to say King Cobra and probably everyone else should too. Who has actually been on the others? Quote
StXBomber Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 Since I have only been on KC, my vote goes to it! Quote
SixFlagsMasta Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 also have only been on KC. i loved that ride Quote
TraderJake Posted January 31, 2004 Posted January 31, 2004 For some reason I think this poll will be heavily favored towards King Cobra, but I just can't put my finger on why. But, I voted for King Cobra, as it was the only defunct coaster that existed during my time. Quote
stephenmayes Posted February 1, 2004 Posted February 1, 2004 I have said it like 643 times ...but the King Cobra was a classic and PKI desperately needs another stand-up coaster.... Steve Quote
derbeast Posted February 1, 2004 Posted February 1, 2004 King Cobra, the rest were before my time, probably the same for most people that post here. Quote
drewbari Posted February 1, 2004 Author Posted February 1, 2004 (edited) The Bavarian Beetle came to Kings Island in 1972 and closed in 1979. It was in Octoberfiast. It used to be in Coney Island as Galaxi befor it came to Kings Island. The Demon had a other name which was the Screamin' Demon. It was in the area was is now Paramount's Action Zone. It opend in 1977 and closed 1987. Then it moved to Camden Park as Thunderbolt Express were still is today. You can find old pictures of PKI's past roller costers, www.rcdb.com Edited January 1, 1970 by drewbari Quote
monkeyman Posted February 1, 2004 Posted February 1, 2004 Hey, derbeast, where do you get those pics at? Quote
PKI Punk Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 The Bat looks cool, but I never got to ride it (they got rid of it before I was born). KC, it was a cool ride and it was the only one I got to ride. Quote
coasterdudeOH Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 My vote goes to The Bat. It was a very unique ride and I always believe it's the best suspended that was ever made. Quote
coasterdudeOH Posted February 5, 2004 Posted February 5, 2004 Who has actually been on the others? Me. I rode all of them and they were all good coasters. I also remember the time when it was just The Racer, Bavarian Beetle, and Scooby Doo (aka Beastie). I wouldn't ride any of them because I was too scared. Quote
Stitch Posted February 6, 2004 Posted February 6, 2004 My Vote Went To King Cobra, It's My Favorite Coaster of all time and I never rode any of the other three. Quote
Solid Snake Posted February 6, 2004 Posted February 6, 2004 Dude no offense but this thread is pointless. Like someone said () , most of us were not here when these rides were around. So, of course KK will get the most votes. Quote
