What you have just coined is Viacom's desire to create more revenue on less money. I doubt it's so much that they'd have to expand, but rather that it gets expensive to maintain the rides after several years.

Unfortunately, I think you're right. Althought, I honestly have to wonder just *how* expensive maintaining some of these things are. In any event, we are definitely gaining higher caliber attractions at the Park....which is a good thing. The rides added within the past 5 of 6 years have been things that the Park has been lacking. I was happy to see Paramount really start investing more and more into the Park.

Italian Job is definitely going to be a fun little ride. Probably one of those that is really going to take us all by surprise. I'm glad to see such a detailed ride coming our way. Rides at Universal and Disney that put the guest right in the heart of the story make for some of the most amazing rides ever. I think Italian Job is going to prove what Paramount is capable of doing, good luck to them for sure! It definitely could be the start of a new trend of attractions coming to PKI, which I'm definitely excited to see.

I swear, you people just don't get it. PKI does not need a B&M Inverted when we have Face/Off and Top Gun!

Well, you never know... SFMM has Batman The Ride, Ninja, and Deja Vu; and PCW has Top Gun and Vortex; Cedar Point has Iron Dragon and Raptor.

I guess there is no reason to believe that PKI wouldn't get an Invert just for the reason of Face/Off and Top Gun already existing. Kind of like the way PKD has three launching coasters. Besides, a B&M invert would provide an experience nothing like TG or F/O.

Do I think that PKI would build a B&M Invert? Maybe

Do I think Top Gun will be removed soon? Nope... its the perfect blend of a family/thrill ride. Perfect for getting kids from Adventure Express to Vortex smile.gif .

I claim to be no expert, but I'm pretty sure PKI won't get a B&M anytime soon.

I am with Ryan. Why get a B&M when you can get something almost the same if the company is willing to put time into for cheaper.

In otherwords you see a slice of pizza for 2.50 and the store acroos the street has better pizza for 2.00

What I am getting at here is Premier builds great rides and Ithink even better than B&M and Intmain.

"What I am getting at here is Premier builds great rides and Ithink even better than B&M and Intmain."

I couldn't disagree more. B&M and Intamin are the industry leaders. Premier is just going the route of heavy theming instead of pushing the limits on thrills.

The fact that we have Face/Off and Top Gun have nothing to do with getting a B&M inverted. Like was said earlier, CP has Iron Dragon, Raptor and Wicked Twister; all inverted coasters. Also, Top Gun is lame compared to the Raptor.

Hello all I was just brousing through the forums, came across this topic. I found it very interesting how so many of you are in the know of what paramount is going to install or not install. For example somone mentioned a full circuit invert, then a reply was no paramount wont install one we already have a invert, well my question is how do you know what paramount will do. So many people in here assume what paramount will do, just because there heading in one direction now, doesnt mean they wont head in another one down the road. No one knows for sure what paramount has up there sleeves, next year they could decide well congo falls isnt popular enough lets tear it down add something new. Im not making any accusations on what they will build, what they will tear down etc, thats not my call as to anyone else, as to the person who made the comment about not building another invert, we got four wood coasters, what does already having a invert have to with anything. For those of you that are saying you want a certain ride or coaster there keep expressing that opinion nothing wrong with wanting something and stating a opinion. Thank you

pkisbroc, you are right. We dont know what PKI will do or wont do. But yes, we can only say what we want them to do or wish they would do. Just to let you know also, alot of PKIC members currently or used to work at KI, so we know what they think or how they think. At least some of us do anyway. But these posts are manly "what if" because in the end, we dont have a say.
