Ok.. time to end this... and put the rumors at rest.. Truth is.. Viacom is selling the parks.. but none of the other companies listed are even in negotioations.. actually I'm buying the parks.. I just feel I could run them better than Cedar Fairs, Universal or six flags.. after all Ive been playing ROllercoaster Tycoon very successfully since the very first one came out.. I think I have quite a bit of experiance now.. being a frequent visitor to the forums here i have a pretty good grasp of what everyone wants.. lots of people love coasters.. lots of people love dark rides.. noone wants to see anythign removed.. so.. I pledge to add a rollercoaster and a dark ride both every year.. and bring back all the coasters that have been taken away.. even an updated version of The Bat. if anyone would liek to donate to the cause please send me your money

I hope Cedar Fair buys it and they can get back at Six Flags for breaking thier record. Maybe Cedar Point can put some of that land to use.

PKIC members will need to give 690000 dollars each. Some members have been working at PKI for over 5 years in rides so they may not have it.

LOL yea that would be sweet though if everyone on this site bought the parks up and PKI actually owed the park but it would never happen.

Cedar Fair would certainly be a different perspective at the park. The two styles of operation aren't too different, but their differences do show. The former Viacom executives would still be different than the current operation, so no matter how you look at it if the park is sold there's going to be some changes in place.
