February 23Feb 23 Looks like a developer is wanting to bring in residential units next to The Beach Waterpark. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2026/02/23/milhaus-mason-apartments-new-development-beach.html?csrc=6398&link_source=ta_first_comment&taid=699c3a4be3597c0001def4ba&utm_campaign=trueAnthemTrendingContent&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook&fbclid=IwZnRzaAQJUM1leHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZAo2NjI4NTY4Mzc5AAEe1ftYD4NC2Zan2UOvACH5U6kjqo9OsekyYwoWpcT3awiwDuUJ82ZQ6JFEdJs_aem_xKOFq_IhFwsxSvotMimGkw
February 24Feb 24 If I'm looking at the map right, I think this development is continuing Beach Boulevard up/over and stopping at the unpaved portion of the old parking lot. It mainly uses the lot to the west of Beach Boulevard toward the creek. There's almost no way for The Beach to come back, but these development plans make me wonder if it could survive as a smaller and cheaper (in ticket price) waterpark (especially now that Coney Island is closed and KI ticket prices might finally be going up).
