italianchef
Tonight I went to PKI after work with one of my friends. First we hit FoF and rode it twice since there was practically no line. It was awesome. Since I am becoming less fond of shaky coasters, FoF has now surpassed The Beast as my favorite coaster. Next came Zephyr and The Racer. Then we went to Circus of Horrors and ate dinner in Festhaus - pizza and beer. Next we headed to R.L. Stine Fear Street, which was fun and spooky. Next we went to the Action/FX Theater and enjoyed Funhouse Express. It wasn't as good as Superstition because I like sexy Elvira. We then rode Headless Hollow and walked to The Curse of Sleepy Hollow and then Cornstalkers and finished our Sleepy Hollow tour with Massacre Manor. All haunted attractions were fun. Next we rode AE and the Monster. By that time, we were tired and called it a night. Hence, I am now home typing this and planning my next trip to PKI, which is scheduled for tomorrow with my family. Have a great weekend! Italian Chef

Have a great weekend! Italian Chef Im glad you had fun italianchef. I was also at the park today too. The park was so dead that I got to do all the fear fest attractions 2 times and rides 2 times. Delirium was down parts of the night so i did not get to ride that . Have a great weekend.
CoastersRZ
Yes, the park was deserted tonight! I`m not complaining. I walked onto Psycho Path, did Fear Street again and Circus of Horrors. I also did Headless Hollow again (they weren`t giving out tickets). It was much better this time, and there were more scaractors hiding behind the crate leading up to the bridge. The ending is still a little anticlimatic, but the highlight of that maze is the fog filled bridge. You become so disoriented in that, even with holding onto people`s shoulders. Yes, Delirium was having some sort of floor issues. When I went to ride it after riding Drop Zone, there were people on it, but the floor wasn`t rising, so they were stuck. A couple minuted later (and a ride on Face Off), they people were off, but the floor was still down.
TheKlockster
Yeah it was great tonight. I see nobody rode Vortex - except Coasters RZ. Gotta keep riding Vortex and show park management it is the best ride in the park!
ZosoBeast
I was there as well! I seen both Italian Chef and CoasterRZ. CoasterRZ was standing in line for IJ right behind me but I wasnt 100% sure it was him, but now I do! I seen pkiboy boy as well. I DID however get to ride Deli! But the weird thing, it felt MUCH shorter than the last time I rode it. Am I just seeing things? And as everybody said, the park was DEAD!!! Count from Yesterday: Italian Job: 11 times Beast: Once FoF: 2 Dodgems :2 Deli: 1 Something I noticed on Italian Job, because it had NO LINE, some of the ride ops would open up the exit gate if you asked and sneak you back into the line again, while other would not. They would make you go all the way around and back into line. I would think that this would be a all or nothing sorta of thing. I mean, why would THIS ride op do it and THIS one would not. I like The Beast. (starts crying) Bill
PKIbabe89
I was there too!! We got there around 6ish... (fear fest wasn't open yet) So my friend and I rode Vortex, FOF and ITST (no lines ) and then we did do all the haunted Attrations. I was shocked that it was all empty, but which meant we got to do alot more than we'd expected. I don't know if anyone was in line for Headless Hollow when someone threw up and they had to fix the attraction before anyone could go through it. Me and a couple other people were the next ones to go through, and we had to wait a good 30-40 minutes until they said it was ok to do the trail... it was worth it though!!! THe staff was like "since we are all waiting, who wants to tell some ghost stories? or wait!! we can get in a circle and play telephone!" lol. It was awsome night!! It was more scarier since the park was dead, lol.
CoastersRZ
Yeah, I saw you ZosoBeast in the Italian Job station, with only about a five minute wait. I didn`t say ho, because I thought you were with your girlfriend, and I remember you saying how you have to prepare her to meet the PKICers. Klockster, it wasn`t just The Vortex that had a line like that, The Racer, Drop Zone, Face Off, and Beast were also like that! It was deserted because of the rainy weather. I was a little surprised at how deserted it was. I went back in 2002 on a Friday night when it was really cold, with a light mist and there was a decent sized crowd. Maybe it is not close enough to Halloween yet.

coastergirl
I DID however get to ride Deli! But the weird thing, it felt MUCH shorter than the last time I rode it. Am I just seeing things? We rode Delerium today and it didn't seem to be going full swing. Are they still having problems with it or is this going to be a normal ride from now on? TheKlockster
It seems like Delirium isn't swinging high as many times. I was there getting video of it today - and it does seem like its shorter - and I noticed it doesn't seem to be going as high. It used to be a really cool ride - like till it reopened. CoastersRZ
Well when I rode it on P&G weekend, it was running just fine. I haven`t ridden it since. I was going to ride it yesterday, but it was having floor issues!
coastergirl
We rode it right after it reopened this summer and it was perfect. This was the first time we noticed it not going as high as it used to. Hopefully it is fixed before the end of the season.
