NC*to*OH
Ok any of you with kids or who have done the park with kids ..... ..We are able to ride most coasters with our 7yr old.( We broke him early .. LOL ..) For rides he is not tall enough for yet he usually comes through the que with us . We get him over to the exit to wait there for us or like for the Borg one of us goes through the line when we get close to the station we call the other and then we go up to the exit and the operator lets the one ride while we wait then the one gets off and then whoever was waiting goes in through the exit and rides. they do this because no one is allowed to cross the tracks on the borg. MyQuestion is this finally on the rides at PKI how does this work ???...he is not tall enough yet for Delirium Face Off Flight of Fear Tomb Raider: The Ride We have doen the you ride while you guys go elsewhere and don't mind but some rides We like to ride together if at all possible. Thanks now for any info
PKIVortex
Kings Island has a Parent Swap policy. Stop by Guest Realtions and they will give you all the information on the policy.
DevilMayChew
Yup, Parent swap works in the way that one parents rides while the other parent is left behind with the child. As for riding together just the parents, i think a few of the mentioned rides have kiddy corals, a safe locked area where the kids can enjoy many activites such as waiting and free fresh air. The parents ride the ride and collect their child once they are done. I know Flight of Fear has a Kid Coral but im not sure about the others. elitescr3
all of those rides have kiddy corrals.
Gordon Bombay
Yep, like PKI Vortex said, stop by guest relations to pikc up a parent swap card because sometimes at the rides they may not have one and when you want to do aparent swap make sure you tell the ride operators so they can clear it with the other guests, that way no one thinks your cutting in line or riding twice. SeasonPass4Life
Tomb Raider doesn't have a waiting area for kids without parents. I would advise that you do the swap there becuase kids have to wait outside of the building. We have done the parent swap there a few times and it works out well. Guest TombraiderTy
If you havent been there since 96 then you are in for a shock the park has changed tremendously. You said it! The children's area has been redone- three times, the world's tallest gyro drop has opened, two new looping coasters have been added, one being the world's tallest and fastest woodie, the world's first giant enclosed top spin was added, the world's first swining frisbee was added, King Cobra was removed along with Phantom Theater, a new Scooby Doo attraction exists, the water park has been renovated, and a terrible "family" coaster has been added

I would advise that you do the swap there becuase kids have to wait outside of the building. We have done the parent swap there a few times and it works out well. Yeah there isnt really a waiting area secured for the kids, the place they wait is right outside the preshow door. Separated by two doors and the PreShow music. I can never hear someone knock on the door to get in anyway lol..... to hear someone outside knockin i must be gettin water or something. Otherwise i wouldnt hear scared kids knock on the door. Parent swap is probably the best option for Tomb Raider. Plus while i was there towards the end of the season we basically had just enough people, so we couldnt move from our workplaces to check on the unattended minor. NC*to*OH
Yeah we have no plans on leaving him outside alone on Tomb Raider. ..As far as The Beast he is plenty tall enough and super super excited to ride ... i mean like annoyingly excited at this point ... LOL the haters don't bother me eveyone is entitled to their own Opinion . And as far as IJST ...thats one of the ones he is super stoked for as well. I am sure he will like it . The beauty is that he is so young he has yet to really become to cynical about ANYTHING...
