Here's a business opp. Buy a field somewhere around Kings Mills. slap down some gravel, charge $5 a car and run a shuttle to PKI and the Beach.

I bet some land could be picked up right past the Beach at a relatively inexpensive. Then run a shuttle to the passenger drop off/pick up area. The park would not be happy about that.
