Its that womans fault for letting her son ride and not informing or looking to see what type of ride it was, its her sons fault for getting out. The stupidity of people amaze me.

Can't exactly find the 7 year old responsible for this.

The claim that would be made would be for the death of the 7 year old.

From a claims standpoint the park is gonna be all over this in liability.

7 year olds can not be presumed to make the correct decisions.

Minors are given greater latitude in that type of situation.

If I had more facts I'd actually be able to tell ya a range that the company would be looking to settle.

Nah, I have friends that do claims for the state of Georgia and a friend that does Federal Government Claims.

It's all the same unless ya get hit in a car by a government worker on duty. <G>

In that situation they claim soverign immunity.
