June 28, 200620 yr http://toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/artic...ESS06/606130323 -Why don't they just pick office space in downtown Cincinnati? They're looking to fill the new Queen City Square office tower.
June 28, 200620 yr Cincinnati is a logical place to move their headquarters. A large, major international airport, and close proximity to one of their (and America's) most popular parks. Not to mention, it's just about centrally located in the U.S. But for the next couple years or so, I bet they're staying in Sandusky. As long as Dick Kinzel is CEO. The office space in Charlotte is going vacant.
June 28, 200620 yr That decision has NOT been made. There are, you see, certain concessions that Sandusky might be expected to offer if it wishes to retain the headquarters. As for Cinci getting the headquarters, that is about as likely as the headquarters moving to Paramus, New Jersey. Which is to say, it won't happen.
June 28, 200620 yr As long as Kinzel is CEO, CedarFair will not leave Sandusky. Heck the man litteraly lives on the pennisnula. Ever see the big house that sits on the lake and seems oddly placed close to the parking lot? Thats why you see him in the park so much, he can walk.

Awww he is sooo frickin lucky i would give anything to live within walking distance to a major theme park like CF or PKI. Some people just get everything.
