Im not to sure about Adventure Express, i think their Height Requiremmnt is a Minimum to ride, im not sure i remember a chaperone rule for Express. Quote

Adventure Express requires that all rides be a minimum of 44" to ride. If shorter than that, they will not be permitted to ride, regardless if they have a competent chaperone or not. Quote
