Well, KC is still there, but its under Paramount control.  No FOF.  Has to be '93-'94.

But you can see FaceOff at the bottom right, and the water tower in Action Zone...So, again, 1999-2001. Anyone able to narrow it down more than that?

Flight of Fear is clearly visible in that photo, too...or rather, the building is!

In the top-right of the photo, you can see the construction for Tomb Raider. I didn't visit the park too often pre-2004, so I'm not too sure of how construction for Tomb Raider went, but I'd guess that this is late-season 2001.

Also note the lack of metal detectors. (Though since Delirium isn't there, we know the detectors wouldn't be, due to them being new the same year)

I'd say the biggest clues to the answer of this mystery are the Tomb Raider construction, the presence of King Cobra, as well as the presence of Action Zone.

What guy/what site? Yes, the first pictures as deduced by others was from 2001, as evidenced by the presence of Runaway Reptar, but lack of Tomb Raider: The Ride.

Early-to-mid season 2001.

Tip offs are:

Nick Central is present.

KCKC land is cleared for TRTR

Vortex is half painted.

Ads on main entrance show the SOB logo as well as the (then) new Nick Central.
