September 3, 200619 yr Reading through the list of History Factoids, I'm thinking that the location that is Happy Days Diner is probably stand that has had the most name changes. That prompted me to go through some old park guides and I'd almost forgotten how diverse the food was at the park at the time. I'm not familiar enough about CF, any thoughts of if the food quality and diversity will get to the point that it once was?

September 3, 200619 yr Author Yea that place has changed its name alot. That was it from the start and then it became Cafe Mexicana.
September 3, 200619 yr Not sure about the whole CF chaing, but at Cedar Point, there are some good sit down restaurants, but a lot of the food stands are average or below average. The pizza tastes like cardboard. The burgers generally don't have much flavor either.

Yea last time I went to CP and just bought a pretzel for lunch, but the pretzel was below average haha it was like frozen on one side, and warm on the other. We took it back and he offered me another but I turned it down and I asked if I could just have a pop instead. I couldn't find anything to eat, but I don't know the park to well and I was confused by the map. We looked for some pizza place, but I couldn't read the map right to find out where it was located. Maybe I'm just blonde? Haha
September 4, 200619 yr I remember the location of Happy Days being Thrill Burger, then it went to Tuckers, and now Happy Days.
September 4, 200619 yr Ha. I remember when Chik-Fil-A was Humble Pie! And when McDonald's style cheeseburgers there were considered outrageously overpriced at a buck!
September 4, 200619 yr CF had better keep LaRosa's in there...that's one of my favorite things about KI. CP's pizza wasn't that great and I'd hate to see it find it's way to KI.
September 4, 200619 yr I would imagine LaRosa's (and Skyline) is a keeper. CP's pizza is far better in the back of the park than it is in the front of the park. It is not even remotely the same. The big colonial style building beside their antique cars has delightful pizza, in my opinion.
September 4, 200619 yr Author Ha. I remember when Chik-Fil-A was Humble Pie! And when McDonald's style cheeseburgers there were considered outrageously overpriced at a buck! When it was Burger Bistro (one of the top grossing stands in the park) those "McDonalds Style Hamburgers" were called Beast Burgers! And all food prices were directly in corrilation to prices for similar food outside the park.
September 4, 200619 yr Author I remember the location of Happy Days being Thrill Burger, then it went to Tuckers, and now Happy Days. Actually you remember Thrill Burger (LOL, never one of my favorite places to work) being in a completly different location than it ever was then. <G>
September 4, 200619 yr Yes, Interpreter, the pizza at the Frontier Inn is quite tasty. I had a slice on my visit there about 2 weeks ago and I was more than satisfied. As for the pizza on the main midway in the front of the park, well, that's a whole different story.
