Fear Fest is free with a pass.

If you have a pass you can get in to Fearfest for free. FEARFEST FRIDAYS is 19.99 and FALL SINGLE DAY ADMISSION - ADULT is 29.99.

Which, by the way, is something we should give Cedar Fair credit for. Reduced price admissions on fall weekends is something Cedar Fair has done for quite some time. To my knowledge, this is something new for Kings Island...a lower REGULAR priced admission in the fall. Smart. Very smart, actually.

But haven`t in year`s past, they offered discounts at area stores, Ie Wendy`s, Krogers and Blockbusters? True, they might not have discounted admission at the gate like they are this year, but I know in past years they did offer a nice discount through there website.

Yeah, they offered deals. Deals that you had to know where to find, and comply with the requirements. Cedar Fair seems to be far less prone to gimmicks....like BOGO, coupons only from certain stores, etc.

You can even see it in how the four packs went away for season pass pricing, and one pass is now about the same price as one of four was in a four pack.
