Hey fellow KI lovers. I was on the site today to get a quick KI "fix". I can't wait until spring and the park opens! Got the hubby and myself a season pass for Christmas, first time we've gotten one, so that will by my excuse for driving the 3 hours at least once a month or more to visit! Can't wait!

My girlfriend and I purhcased Max Pass season passes recently and now I've got an excuse to go to other CF parks next year. Of course, the main reason for getting the Max Pass was for the big PKIC trip next year. You may want to find out more info about that as you may be interested in joining us.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome! I have been going to KI at least once or twice a year since my first trip in 1986 when I was only 6 years old. I remember my dad taking me on The Racers, the backwards one at that, and I was scared to death! What is the PKIC trip? Thanks!

Its a trip that was organized by the mebers and staff of pkicentral. I think its sometime next june.

While final details have yet to be released, the PKIC trip is a PKIC event at Kings Island, Cedar Point and Geauga Lake.

Yes several members expressed interest last summer about getting several of the members together and taking a long trip as an fun way to get together and to see some other parks. Reon who is very busy at school at present started to organize a list of members who may be interested in going so a thread was started called "Offical PKIC tour".

From there I offered to help then the admins decided that they would like to assist in the process also, to give the trip an unique experience. I had started a web page that gave some details as to a general schedule.

At this point we are currently working on the exact days that the trip will take place. After the Holidays I will devote major time to getting all the finalized details together and have an announcement made through the admins. I also miss KI. Can't wait till April 21st. Hopefully Son of Beast will be open. My 27th B-day is on the 20th of April, what a great B-day Present that would be.
