Captain Picard
The way I understand it is that Blackstone is part owner of Orlando parks only. Every time I go to Universal I wonder if it will be the last time. When they have GE on CNBC they claim that they want to keep the parks but don't know what Blackstone is going to do. Avatar
Nothing like freedom of the press and telling it like it is!!! I just hope that Cedar Fair sees their positive node from them and figures out that families don’t always spend a lot of money the last few hours but they do look at those hours as part of their overall experience. In fact my family usually will make our purchases earlier in the day so that we may enjoy the lights from the midway after dark. We already have felt that part of our experience has been taken away from the shortend morning hours at Kings Island.
The Interpreter
Well said, Avatar...but I MUST point out that this year Cedar Fair is closing Carowinds on summer weekdays at 8!!! The only exception is when they close earlier or on July 4 (when they close at 10, whoopee!)
