Best seat on the Beast?

I'd rather wait twice as long for a ride I prefer than wait half the time for one I don't. I guess age contributes, then again I have always been like that.

Years ago, buddies would get 100+ rides on Raven in a day, while I only managed 30 or so really, really good ones. I know which I would rather have.

Put another way, if one is dieting and only has 1400 calories in a day...would you rather eat a whole lot of low calorie, really bad tasting stuff or moderate portions of good stuff? Again, decisions differ.

As for me, I'd rather have a few really great rides than a lot of monotonous ones...

And yes, I DO wait on the front seats of Top Thrill and Kingda Ka. Why do you ask? There are other seats?

THE FRONT SEAT IS THE BEST ! BUT MAKE SURE U WATCH OUT FOR THE BIRDS AT DUSK . I WAS HIT LAST YEAR IN THE FACE FROM A BIRD ONE NIGHT IT HURT LIKE HELL. JUST WATCH OUT AND BEWARE!!!

I think it should be mandatory that you change your user name to FABIO!!!!!!!!!!!

Beech Bend: The ride ops on their wanna-be steel looping coaster refuses to take Ryans cup of ice. He makes it down the first drop, but "drops the ball" going into the loop. Good thing I was ahead of him in the front.

As for any coaster, Im reminded of a certain bumper sticker:

"Roller coaster fanatics do it in the the front seat."

Actually, most of that is from the bird...which struck the train before striking his nose...else he would not have survived...

True it did strike the train first, but his nose was broken by the bird and one thing I know about broken noses is that the bleed something awful. So I would say most of that is his blood
