SOB POV on PKI.com

Featured Replies

If you go on SOB's section of PKI.com it automatically kicks you into the stats page but has a small window showing a POV video. Oddly enough, it just kind of fades through where the loop should be. No other attraction has a video on that site at the time of this posting.

Son of Beast on PKI.com

It also has some very strange information about the trains on that page. I am assuming it is left over from before the ride opened the first time 'round. Three trains? Six Cars? Holding a total of 36 people? G trains for wood coasters normally are longer than that and do not have three bench cars.

Well it is good that they took every shot of the loop out. We as coaster people may not find SOB as a major coaster everyone flocks to but we are very wrong. They can't advertise a coaster with an element missing.

I would like to say I did point that out somewhere else yesterday. :P

Anyways, heres the BORG Assimilator.

I would like to say that you werent the only one to visit www.pki.com yesterday and check out the ride info. Atleast now that it was pointed out here, people will see it.

I wonder if KI will have an animated picture of the KI skyline like CP does.

They are doing something to Days of Thunder. It looks like it try to play a video but fails to show it.

It has always amazed me - how did they get that video to be so smooth?

I know, I'm just saying.

They litterally mount the camera on the train. Sometimes people don't (it's illegal, don't try it yourself. It could really hurt someone), and they are pretty bad.

I would love to see an animted Kings Island skyline, that would be so cool. As for SOB i have a video from Horse Creek Productions that is all Roller Coasters and it has a POV of Son of Beast and it is very steady and not very choppy but loud.

Hank was using sarcasm in his statement, right Hank you were using sarcasm. Please say you were using sarcasm. Oh Hank I know that you were using sarcasm because if you were not using sarcasm, that would make me look bad by posting the statement that you were using sarcasm. And you would not do that to a fellow poster would you Hank?

I remember on the old website, there was a video of Son of Beast that had the train go down the hill, then showed the train going through the loop the wrong way, lol.
