Siebert has been teasing a big project for 2027.  At Winterfest he said B&M was involved.  I wouldn't be surprised to see a hyper coaster in this location going around the water park and out by the parking lot.

Today's big announcement being an announcement for an announcement timeline seems pretty on-par for Six Flags, especially considering the fact that one of the announcements was originally announced back in November.  Six Flags Over Texas is going to have their 2026 giga dive announcement in September. Schlitterbahn New Braunfels is getting something major in 2026. Fiesta Texas is removing two slides, possibly for new ones in 2026.  Could we see more of the 2026 additions announced in September, or will the company decide to go wild and announce things with no rhyme or reason? I'd assume they learned their lessons about needing to announce ride removals after the 2024 Ride Purge. Let's hope we don't have to wait too much longer to find out what will and will not be in the parks for 2026. 

I actively avoid riding it except maybe once a year and would pick it as the next coaster to go, but we still don't have a replacement for Vortex.

KI avoided the mass ride removal that some of the other parks experience last year, so it won’t be surprising if they remove some rides from the park
