But the point being made was that Cedar Point didn't install clones of rides at other parks. Not only did they install MaXair after Delirium, Cedar Fair executives came to what was then Paramount's Kings Island, observed the ride in operation, rode it, then made a Huss purchase. By far most seasonal park guests do not regularly visit more than one seasonal park. The typical Cedar Point visitor couldn't care less what is or isn't also at Kings Island, much less Canada's Wonderland or Dorney Park.

Well, if your friend doesn't have a gold/plat. pass why would they be able to?

Here's where I started forming my opinion over your incident... You admit to hearing the officer yell "walk" and admit to ignoring the order. While his behavior was unprofessional, you did start the chain of events that morning by not adhering to their orders. Obviously you know nothing about park security...this was a park police officer not an 18 year old security guard. They are required to attend a police academy and attain OPOTA certification just like any other police officer in the state of Ohio and most are from local police departments. Try calling one of them a mall cop to their face and see where that gets you.

2nd thread this month about someone ignoring orders and then complaining about their 'treatment'.

I am going to have to say Drop Tower, I hope I don't get banned for saying this, but I personally don't like Delerium. Rides like that that have extreme g-forces that push you into your seat make me really sick. I love airtime though, but who doesn't. I also usually gets headaches after Delerium.

Don't worry it's being built in China, it won't last more than 5 years before it falls apart.
