Its Cedar Fair executives running the merger. Six Flags was absorbed by Cedar Fair. Its Cedar Fair running under Six Flag's name. No park in the US will surpass Cedar Point now. Hide and watch.

I don't have the all park passport. Its not that I dont like Six Flags, its Cedar Fair I have a problem with. Its that they selectively feed certain parks and leave the others to rot. Im just sick of the Cedar Point elite-ism. The only season pass I have is actually to Holiday World as thats closest to home for me... But I do visit KI once or twice a year due to me living a bit far from it. I usually go during haunt, for obvious reasons.

I dont have a season pass to Great adventure nor have i ever been so that doesnt mean a thing. The only 4 parks im going to this year are Holiday World, Kings Island, Kings dominion to black out on I305(pantherian), and Kentucky Kingdom. Lol.

Maybe I'm just old and bitter. Lol. (Not old enough, i was too young to ride my #1 dream credit, TR:TR but I did technically get it in 2008 under the ultra intense, and actually frightening V1 Crypt, and in 2010 as the worlds biggest indoor ferris wheel) Oh well. Theres nothing I can do. At least I got to ride TT2 in May 2024 opening day. And I get to ride I305 and black out this spring too. Long live Ka. I'll shut up now.

Cedar Point is the golden child. This happened RIGHT when the merger happened, right when Cedar Fair took over................ VERY suspicious. There was no announcement, nothing from Great Adventure at all. Only word of mouth from ElToroRyan and Coaster Studios. I've read somewhere that Six Flags wanted to redo Kingda Ka on its 20th anniversary but when the merger happened and Cedar Fair called the shots, they were like "nope." I'm insanely lucky I rode TT2 opening day 2024 and it was incredible, I'm very lucky I managed to get it. TT2 isn't going anywhere, its now the tallest and fastest coaster in North America, giving Cedar Point the crown. I'm darn sure there was malice involved in this whole thing, combined with maintenance and Ka most likely being in very rough shape and needing a major overhaul............ On top of that, Ohio is now home to the tallest, fastest, and longest coasters in North America. Rapterra and Alpenfury aren't above anything Cedar Point has, so they don't affect Cedar Point. Man I despise Cedar Fair (now Six Flags) and Cedar Point. No park in the US will surpass them at all anymore. This merger was a mistake. Six Flags was quite literally absorbed by Cedar Fair and now that they're running the show (under six flag's name) they're going to do whatever it takes to prop up Cedar Point at ALL costs. Want more proof? Geauga Lake..... They shut it down completely just so it couldn't compete against Cedar Point........ They gave Kings Island a sub-par giga so it couldn't overshadow Millenium Force............. At least I can still get I305 and black out this spring when Kings Dominion opens. Lol. (Still can't be as bad as 08 Crypt, that was scary) Darn you Cedar Fair. This one doesn't sting me as hard though as never being able to ride TRTR....... I'll forever be salty over that one. Forvever. (I did technically ride it in 2008 under a different form, and I have a near-spot on virtual recreation of it)

All so Cedar Point can be king . All so Cedar Point can have the only one........ I really hope TT2 fails miserably now. Lol.

Thats irritating as heck. Lol. Thats line jumping and its one of my biggest pet peeves........... Heres one for ya: When a guest goes into a haunt, gets partway through the queue, and takes a bazillion photos........ and wont stop talking about said haunt........................... and continues talking for an hour................(Guess who, and where. LOL)

Qiddiya Oh crap....... this isn't looking good for Falcons flight.............. The new merged Six flags now actually owns Six Flags Qiddiya................. I give it a year or two tops before Zimmerman axes it.

Now heres my question: Why the heck isn't anything at Cedar Point getting touched? Corkscrew is old and needs to be removed, their mine train needs to be removed, Rougarou, Iron Dragon needs to go, they have plenty of stuff to be demolished. But all the other parks keep removing attractions, hell, even the tallest coaster on the planet? This is fishy. They're going to prop up Cedar Point at ALL costs.

If FOF gets removed I'll never go back at all. Its my favorite ride in the entire park.

Ka will be imploded between February 11th and the 16th. One week left and shes gone forever. It sucks I'll never get Ka now. But I did get TT2 last year on opening day (I got LUCKY. Lol) Ka isnt my #1 dream ride though and I am ok with having missed it. My #1 missed/dream credit? You all already know.

And then them sending me whatever theming they remove. Lol.

Sending the seats from the giant top spin that are in FOF's building to me. Or at least the restraints off of them. LOL.

08 Crypt greyed me out heavily, and actually scared me. And not in a good way. I prefer the ferris wheel in a box Crypt to the 08 version. Yes, coming from me, of all people. It was TOO intense. Also scary. And not in a good way either.

To those who have the book: Is there any mention or imagery of Crypt/TR:TR?

The problem? They apparently can't legally put a top spin in there: The entire concept/idea of TR:TR was patented to Paramount Parks, but, the patent apparently was abandoned as of 1/10/2005. And...... that patent specifically represents the giant top spin. Not the normal one.................. So.......... maybe................... US20040192453A1 - Enclosed programmably controlled looping swing - Google Patents I am working on the idea though in Planet Coaster, it'll just take time. I would sell my soul if a top spin ended up in that building again. Replace the icicles with spikes, replace the goddess on the wall with something different, replace the volcano with a deep pool of some sort of toxic waste, ect. Its like TR:TR but, alas, different. I'm converting that recreation I have to like,. an archeological experiment gone wrong. If it ends up being finished, I'll post it here. You all get the idea. Lol.

Now I need to know how..... Any more tips? Still cant be as bad as 08 Crypt.

Starbucks to add 'panic buttons' in stores to boot loiterers, lingering customers Well, this is crap. If someone wants to go in and get a small cup of coffee and relax for an hour, or happens to have an emergency and the only nearby bathroom is Starbucks, then they can't go in? I know I'm never shopping there again.
