PKI could use a new coaster but i am not sure they are ready for a Hyper Coaster. KI has the image of being a Family Park and I think that is what they are trying to stick with. I would like to see another woody added to the park.

You can even see the Eiffel Tower in one of the pictures. That is cool to see that on their web site.

Why they gotta be black? Would you have rather they said something else? I mean is it not politically correct to call someone of African Amercian decent "Black"? I have lots of Black friends and if I called them African Americans they would look at me an laugh! People kill me with all this POLITICAL RIGHT AND WRONG WORDS! Get a life! LOL. Well it was meant as a joke. But I meant why did he have to mention that they were black. If they were white would he have said, "There was this group of white people just talking in the Son of Beast queue?" It just sounded odd to me. I would have said they were white people if that is what they were.

I don't think there was ever any theming during the ride, just along the que line and at the station. Can anyone remember any while on the ride?

Top Gun at the time it opened was one of the best themed rides at KI. Now it one of the worst, however, it is still a great coaster.

Also if you look hard enough you will see the beaver that used to knaw the tree in half on the right as you come out of the train station. I will have to look through my pictures and see what I have of the old train ride. I know I have pics of the wedding and the fight at the fort. I am sure I have pictures of all the animatronics that were there.

Keep the doctor bill and next time, take a look at the track. It's wooden. It's also a fricken HUGE wooden coaster. And, let's see...You've been a member of this site since March 28, you'd figure that would be plenty of time to read the remarks regarding the coaster. People REALLY need to stop complaining. If you don't like the park, go to Cedar Point, Kings Dominion, Carowinds, Busch, Disneyworld, IOA, I don't care. You act like you've never been to the park with your comments, yet you feel the need to mention the antique cars are missing from their "storage area"...like you've been to the park plenty this season. I don't think the train robberies lasted into 82 or 83. I could be wrong but the last time I remember it was around 79 or 80. I go to KI every year and have since I was 2 years old. I even worked there. I will have to go through my pictures and see what I can find.

I got 20/25 right. Man I am getting old remembering those dates of what happened at the park.

GOOD? They were the best rides when I was younger.

Im not risking my job because I dont work there anymore. I worked for tech services for more than 2 years before getting a new job this year at ADT. And who are you to tell me that my post is crap? Do you even work in the park? I know whats there because I helped put it all in there. Don't try to act like you know everything about Kings Island, because if you did you'd know that theres no such warehouse anywhere on the property. Basically everything they have ever taken out and havent sold or given away is still at the park in random spots. If you go back to the old wild animal kingdom near the greenhouse you'll see pieces of king cobra, like 20 old trams including one that was flipped over in the storm that brought the sign down, even the lighting panel from the old sign is back there. Now I know most employees of the park wont ever get the chance to get back there, but theres even pics on this site that show some of that stuff. Don't you dare call me a liar, i've been around, i've seen a lot of things at the park. I'm tired of you kids who worked on a ride for a year or two thinking you know all about Kings Island when really all you did was stand in a station or a drive box on the same couple rides day in and day out. If you think i'm not telling the truth why don't you ask some people who work at the park still (people who would know and have actually been in there like I have). What do I have to gain by making up a BS story? Chill out you moron, I was only saying it because if you were an employee and/or still are one you know your not supposed to say things like that. Even if you werent, why would you go spreading that on the internet does the park really want people to go looking in there now cause you posted it on the net? I never claimed I knew everything and I dont know everything. I do work at the park and I'm not saying if that stuff is in there or not, but even if there is theres no reason to say it and you know your not supposed to even if your not an employee, chill out buddy, its just a message board. This is getting to be ridiculous. Its not like I just revealed the super- secret holy grail of Kings Island or something. I just told you where some old theming is stored. Does ayone really care? Are people on here that much of freaks that they would actually go out there and try to get in? Doubtful. You act like I'm betraying some huge secret, stop taking this so serious. The reason I said what was there is because all these posts were false and rumors. Also no one signed any non disclosure agreement with the park, at least i didnt back then anyway and most likely niether did you. So i'm free to tell whatever. And if someone did want to break in good luck its alarmed.

This is exactly what I speakikng of in relation to people smoking and/or farting in non-designated areas of the park. Employees may be too timid or uninterested to care and do anything about it. I didn't know PKI had a Designated Farting Area?????? Man what a smelly place that must be!

Is there anyone out there that can remember where Bayern Curve was located? I can't for the life of me remember in the park where it was. I was thinking it was close to where Gullivers Rub A Tub was but I am drawing a blank.

Holiday World is in fact putting a new coaster in. Not sure it is going to be the Longest Wooden but I hear it is going to take up quite a bit of room. Not sure they have the room to put a really long one in.

Ah the good old days! Where have they went?

The Racer is a ACE coaster. Whether or not you want to believe it is.
